Pursuant to Article 13 and Article 27 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS 62/2014), our valued consumers who purchase goods through our online store agree to the following.

Complaints
Complaints for transport damage
It is very important to immediately report any visible damage on the product packaging to the courier upon delivery. The buyer must report transport damage within 24 hours of receipt.
If you notice damage, do not sign the delivery receipt until you check whether the product is affected. If the product is intact and all parts are present, sign the receipt.
Complaints on incorrect or missing goods
If the delivered goods do not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at +381 60 19 66 564 or send an email to shop@9amfitwear.com describing the issue. We will respond promptly and resolve the complaint within 15 days of submission.
Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in the official currency of the Republic of Serbia – the dinar (RSD). The amount charged to your credit card will be converted from euros into RSD according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
When your card is charged, your bank will convert the amount into your local currency according to its exchange rate. Due to these conversions, there may be slight differences between the price listed on our website and the charged amount.
Card Payments
You can pay for your order using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Amex, or Maestro cards.
If you select card payment during checkout, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, where you’ll enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC/CVV code.
Confidential payment card information is transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection (SSL, PKI). The entire payment process is performed on the bank’s secure system; 9amfitwear.com does not store or access your card data at any time.
Payments can be made only in RSD. Both domestic and foreign cards are accepted.
