We offer customers the option to choose whether they wish to be included or removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns.
All customer/user data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who require such information to perform their work duties.
All employees of 9AM (and business partners) are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy protection.
Protection of Confidential Transaction Data
When entering payment card information, confidential data is transmitted over the public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, which represent the most advanced cryptographic technologies currently available.
The security of data during the purchase process is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, and the entire payment process takes place on the bank’s secure pages.
At no point are the payment card details accessible to our system.
Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in the official currency of the Republic of Serbia – the dinar (RSD). The amount charged to your credit card will be converted from euros into RSD according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
When your card is charged, your bank will convert the amount into your local currency according to its exchange rate. Due to these conversions, there may be slight differences between the price listed on our website and the charged amount.

Card Payments
You can pay for your order using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Amex, or Maestro cards.
If you select card payment during checkout, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, where you’ll enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC/CVV code.
Confidential payment card information is transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection (SSL, PKI). The entire payment process is performed on the bank’s secure system; 9amfitwear.com does not store or access your card data at any time.
Payments can be made only in RSD. Both domestic and foreign cards are accepted.
Delivery
Delivery of products ordered through our online store is carried out by Post Express courier service, within the territory of the Republic of Serbia. All deliveries are free of charge.
Order processing begins shortly after your order is confirmed. You will receive email notifications with updates about the status of your order. All orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
In the event of any issues related to your order, our team will contact you directly.
Packages are usually delivered within 2–7 business days, and no later than 30 days from the date the order is received, depending on your location and courier availability.
Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends, holidays, or official non-working days.
Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be processed at the beginning of the following week.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
According to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS, no. 62/2014), online purchases are considered distance contracts.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@9amfitwear.com or call +381 60 19 66 564 with your order details. Once we receive your request, we will send you the necessary instructions and documentation for returning the product.
The buyer must return the goods unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including the invoice. The package should be securely wrapped and sealed before sending.
In the event of a product return and refund to a customer who previously made a payment using any payment card, either partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, 9AM is obligated to process the refund exclusively through the VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, or Dina payment methods.
This means that, at the seller’s request, the bank will execute the refund directly to the account of the cardholder.
Complaints Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if there are errors on your invoice, please contact us immediately at shop@9amfitwear.com or +381 60 19 66 564.
To file a complaint, include the following information:
– Your order number or invoice number
– A description of the issue
– Photos clearly showing the defect or damage (if applicable)
Our team will review your complaint and respond within 14 days of receiving it.
If the complaint is accepted, the product will be replaced with a new one, repaired, or the full amount will be refunded, depending on the nature of the issue.
