Orders are delivered throughout Serbia via courier services.

Processing begins shortly after your order is confirmed. You will receive updates by email about your order status. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Deliveries are made between 8 AM and 6 PM. If the courier cannot reach you, they will contact you to reschedule. Unclaimed shipments are returned to us.

If you notice significant packaging damage, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.
