According to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS, no. 62/2014), online purchases are considered distance contracts.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason.
The buyer must return the goods unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, including the invoice.
The seller is obliged to refund the amount paid within 14 days after receiving the cancellation form and returned product.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless the goods are defective or incorrect.
Refunds for card payments are processed through the original payment method (VISA, EC/MC, Maestro) by Banca Intesa.
